Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Cardiology

Location: Cedarhurst, NY + Queens, NY (with travel throughout Nassau County, Brooklyn, and occasional Bronx)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + One Sunday per Month (with one weekday off during that week)

Overview:

Join a dynamic and growing outpatient cardiology group delivering high-quality cardiovascular care across Queens and Long Island. We’re seeking a dedicated and bilingual NP or PA to support our expanding team. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including our newly acquired treadmill-free nuclear stress testing equipment, and to provide care across a variety of outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and diagnostics for cardiology patients in an outpatient setting
• Operate and interpret results from nuclear stress test equipment (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other providers to manage patient treatment plans
• Travel to multiple clinical sites weekly, primarily in Cedarhurst, Queens, and Nassau County
• Document clinical encounters in EMR accurately and timely
• Educate patients on cardiac health, medications, and follow-up care
• Support the care team with clinical tasks as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active New York State NP or PA license
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in cardiology (clinic or hospital-based)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned clinical sites

Nice to Have:

• Experience with nuclear stress testing or cardiac diagnostics
• Strong EMR documentation skills
• Prior experience in outpatient specialty care
