Description

Reporting to the Director Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position is responsible to provide health care for the cardiology patient population as part of the health care team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a certified Nurse Practitioner accredited program is required. Master's degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with the State of California is required. 3. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Licensure is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Valid American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) healthcare provider certification is required.
• Successful completion of SAMC Medical Staff credentialing process within sixty (60) days of hire is preferred.
• Previous experience working with the cardiology patient population is preferred. 8. Strong time management skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required.

$69.64 - $100.97
