Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Walk-In Care

**Job Details:**
• Casual status position providing healthcare services in a walk-in care setting • Care for patients of all ages within scope of practice, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Rotate among other area walk-in campuses for coverage (ND & MN licensure and DEA required) • 8 or 12-hour shifts with patient volume of 25-35 per 12-hour shift • No call requirements • Walk-in care hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:30pm, Saturdays 9am-4:30pm, Sundays 12pm-4:30pm • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Join a supportive team environment with strong mentors • Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program • Experience in family medicine, walk-in care, emergency medicine, or urgent care setting preferred • Must maintain current licensure as NP/PA in ND & MN, CPR certification, and national certification • Successful completion of credentialing process required prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
