This is a modern Urgent Care facility within a community health and innovation center. The center is designed to provide accessible healthcare services to the local population with state-of-the-art equipment and resources to support quality patient care.

**Opportunity:**
Board Certified - Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

**Job Details:**
• 12-hour shifts (10am-10pm), with potential for 7 days on/7 days off schedule until full-time provider starts in October • Alternative scheduling models may be considered (5 days/week, 4 on-3 off, etc.) • Single physician coverage needed until full-time physician starts on 10/20 • Single APP coverage needed until second full-time APP is hired • Projected daily census of 50-60 patients • Utilize CareCloud EMR system • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients while providing excellent patient care • Must have NP or PA Ohio state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions due to quick start date • DEA registration required by start date • BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required • Board certification required • Must provide case logs from the last 2 years • Three peer references required from colleagues worked with in the last 2 years • Weekend shifts required
