Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a remote telehealth contract role focused on sick visits for both pediatric and adult patients. This is a 3-month assignment with potential to extend.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $80-$85/hr.
• Schedule: must be able to work 3 x 12 hr shifts/wk-- 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Location: Fully remote (must hold active New Jersey license) and must be located in NJ
• Start Date: ASAP
• Language: Must be fluent in Spanish
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (required)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote sick visits via telehealth platform
• Diagnose and manage acute conditions
• Document patient encounters in EMR
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Provide patient education and follow-up

Requirements:

• Active NJ NP or PA license
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience in urgent care, family medicine, or primary care
• Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR
• Must have at least 3 years of experience post grad.
