Position: Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) $130k -$150k+!

 Leading Vascular Group is searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Frederick, Maryland. Work a 4 or 5 day schedule! In-patient only. No first-assist. No weekends! No call! $130k -$150k+!,doe! Must have at least 2 yrs exp in surgery, ICU or Critical Care at NP or PA level. Candidate will provide advanced nursing care with a practice that values a good work/life balance. NO NEW GRADS.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:  Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
• Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
• Performing minor procedures
• Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures

Education & Experience: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Master of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree
• Current valid state medical license
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 2+ years’ experience in the applied specialty a must!
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
