The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care to underserved communities in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide patient-centered evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop tailored care plans
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and self-care strategies
• Collaborate closely with a passionate, multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of care

You’ll typically see 18–20 patients per 8-hour shift — enough to make a meaningful impact while still allowing time for connection and quality care.

What You’ll Bring

• Current CA license as an NP or PA
• Active DEA license
• Provider BLS certification (including CPR)
• Medical Spanish proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
