Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time position offering hands-on experience in the growing field of pain management. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide training and ongoing support.

Salary Range: $125k (flexible/based on experience) + benefits

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat new and existing patients with chronic and acute pain conditions

Perform comprehensive assessments and physical exams

Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with all applicable regulations

Order and coordinate interventional pain procedures

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, pain management strategies, and medication use

Monitor treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments

Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR

Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Massachusetts

New graduates welcome – training will be provided

Strong interest in managing chronic pain and working in a high-volume clinical environment

Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills

Comfortable seeing 25–30 patients per day

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Clinical rotation or prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or primary care

Familiarity with EMR systems

Bilingual skills a plus
