**Opportunity:**
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Rheumatology

**Job Details:**
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule • Adult, outpatient practice setting with 12-14 patients per day • No call requirements • Established patient base that is ready for growth • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required • Rheumatology experience preferred • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Dakota required • National certification in applicable area required • Current CPR certification required • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • Position requires high level of customer service skills • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development opportunities including training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off

**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Annual Salary: $130000 - $150000
