A new age pediatric clinic in Midland, TX is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting physical exams and health assessments for pediatric patients, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, and educating patients and families on preventive care and wellness strategies. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, and staying current on pediatric healthcare advancements and best practices.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:45-5:00pm, Friday 7:45-1:00pm (hour lunch break M-TH)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) with a focus on Pediatrics
• Active Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) License in Texas
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) accepted if they have 3+ years of pediatric experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex cases
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
