Lead Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Optimal Health & Regenerative Medicine

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Certified Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Conduct assessments using lab results and DEXA scans.
  • Deliver advanced therapies including BHRT, regenerative injections (PRP, stem cell), metabolic health optimization, and thyroid management.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, and lifestyle programs.
  • Educate patients on preventive health and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
  • Passionate about wellness, prevention, and optimizing patient health.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
