Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract, 8 sessions per week

Pay Range:$107116-$126019/Yrs

Description

Deliver primary medical care and health education to the community.

Provide care to diverse populations, including children, adults, and vulnerable groups.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Conduct both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Demonstrate compassion and maintain patient confidentiality.

Engage in efforts to address socio-economic and clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision of family physicians.

Collaborate with medical assistants, behavioral health consultants, and other healthcare staff.

Coordinate care for all patients.

Participate in quality and risk management initiatives.

Develop programs to expand care delivery.

Precept students and maintain CME activities.

Qualifications

Master's Degree and current license as a Nurse Practitioner.

CPR certification.

DEA License.

Experience In Underserved Areas Preferred.

Proficiency in gynecological, obstetrical, and pediatric care preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience With Electronic Health Records Preferred.
