Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform dedicated to advancing women’s health. Our affiliated OB/GYN practice in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, compassionate, and faith-driven team.

Position Highlights:

  • Mission-Driven Care: The practice blends clinical excellence with a personalized approach to care, supported by a strong foundation of faith
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week - Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Main office located adjacent to Baptist Health Hospital
  • Manageable Patient Load: See 15-20 Ob-Gyn patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions.
  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside a fully licensed medical team and dedicated support staff.
  • Experience Welcomed: Women’s Health experience is preferred but not required - we’re ready to support your growth!

Requirements:

  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Unrestricted, active licensure in Arkansas or ability to obtain
  • Current DEA License or ability to obtain
  • CPR Certification or ability to obtain
