Position Description

A state of the art 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado near Steamboat Springs is seeking a CRNA to join their medical staff.

Join a team of 2 other CRNA's who are seeking a third provider to help with increased surgical demand.

The Opportunity:

$288,000 Base Salary

The OR is typically scheduled Monday-Thursday, and ~2 Friday’s per month. Not every CRNA is scheduled for Fridays, but there will be some Fridays that are required.

Surgical Services include general surgery, orthopedics, pain management, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Opthamology

4 Day Work Week

Full benefits including 6 weeks PTO and $7,500 for CME
