Title: Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

Compensation

Pay Range: $94,500 - $135,000 Per Year

Description

Provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to patients.

Perform physical exams and record patient medical history.

Create care plans and administer diagnostic tests.

Ensure quality care in a growing team of medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients.

Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information.

Order or execute tests and diagnostic images.

Analyze reports and findings to diagnose conditions.

Administer or prescribe treatments and vaccinations.

Advise patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.

Consult with specialists and refer patients as necessary.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics.

Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.

National Board Certification required.

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.

Experience with EMR/EHR is a plus.
