Nurse Practitioner for Medical Weight Loss & HRT Clinic

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. We are dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health. Our clinic specializes in medically supervised weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, providing personalized care plans to help our patients achieve lasting wellness.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for weight loss and hormone optimization.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including GLP-1 agonists (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) and bioidentical hormones.
• Perform and oversee procedures such as hormone pellet insertions and intramuscular injections.
• Interpret laboratory results to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and exercise to support their health goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Arkansas.
• DEA license with the ability to prescribe controlled substances.
• 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in weight management or hormone therapy. Eager to train the right candidate!
• Proficiency in interpreting hormone panels and managing hormone replacement therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with peptide therapies and functional medicine approaches.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
