Title: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Compensation

Pay Range: $145,000-$155,00 Per Year

Description

Provide comprehensive care to families and engage in health promotion activities.

Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Work with diverse populations including recent immigrants.

Participate in night and weekend call shared among clinicians.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions.

Assess and manage mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders.

Order and analyze diagnostic tests to inform clinical decision-making.

Prescribe treatments and medications within the scope of licensure.

Advise patients on treatment recommendations and lifestyle modifications.

Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation timely.

Participate in quality improvement projects and peer review.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing.

Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program.

Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Current and valid NYS license and DEA certificate.

Updated BLS and infection control certificates.

Proficiency in Spanish or an Asian language preferred.

AAHIVM certification and/or LGBT health certification is a plus.
