Title: Nurse Practitioner - FNP - Primary Care

Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time (5 days per week / 3 days per week)

Compensation

Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000 Per Year

Description

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in various settings

Ensure quality care standards are met

Diagnose and treat a wide range of diseases

Maintain accurate patient records

Order and analyze tests to assess patient conditions

Prescribe treatments and administer vaccinations

Advise on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention

Key Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose patients

Ensure quality healthcare delivery

Maintain comprehensive patient records

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe and manage treatments

Provide patient education on health maintenance

Consult with specialists as needed

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics

Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner

National Board Certification required

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) is a plus
