Job Description - Nurse Practitioner (Women's Health)

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Big Bear, California (Relocation required to a commutable distance)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to lead women's health services in a rural mountain community. This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow a women's health program while making an immediate impact on underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health services across the lifespan
• Deliver care in areas such as well-woman visits, family planning, contraception, and menopause management
• Perform or be open to training in:
• LARC (Long-Acting Reversible Contraception)
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (midlife and postmenopausal care)
• Support patients with culturally competent, community-based healthcare
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of care
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong background in women's health
• WHNP or dual-certified CNM-FNP preferred (not required)
• Willingness to relocate to Big Bear, CA
• Passion for rural and community health
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred, not required)
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 annually + signing bonus & relocation reimbursement
• Flexible schedule: 4x8 hr days or 3x9-10 hr days
