We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to patients in an urgent care setting. The Provider will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and treat follow-up patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our medical assistants providing premium care to each and every patient.

• Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
• Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
• Perform physicals and treat workplace injuries.
• Deliver quality care while maintaining a culture of health in the company.
• Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with chronic conditions

Pay will be determined by experience.  Two pay increases are given during the first year of employment, one after NP is DOT certified, and another at the NP's 1-year anniversary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license
• Ability to work as a team and take direction
• Must be familiar with EMR medical charting systems
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Occupational Medicine experience a plus.
