Nurse Practitioner - Locums in Texas, Part-Time, No Call or Weekends

Outpatient primary care assignment in San Antonio, Texas.

Highlights

• No call or weekends
• Only 2 days/week; Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Low patient volume (6-8 patients/day)

Practice Setting

• On-site employee health clinic serving a local organization
• 2-person clinic: solo NP + LPN
• Must be comfortable running front and back office functions
• Athena EMR

Schedule

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• Long-term assignment (60 days to start, likely extension)

Cases and Procedures

• Primary care, HRAs, sick visits, possible peds
• Must be proficient in blood draws

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Texas license
• BLS, DEA, and DOT (preferred)

Travel Accommodations

• Mileage reimbursed only
