Hope Valley, Rhode Island: We invite a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected Federally Qualified Health Center with three sites in southern New England. Become part of a medical staff of 25 in a desirable rural location just minutes from the Connecticut border, Rhode Island’s best beaches, and the capital city of Providence. You will join the primary care team of physicians and APPs, providing comprehensive outpatient services to patients of all ages.

You will cover two Rhode Island locations, in Hope Valley and Westerly – just 12 miles apart – with schedules provided in advance to outline each workweek. Most days follow standard clinic hours. Providers rotate to cover one evening shift weekly (typically 12–8pm) plus infrequent Saturdays (9am–2pm). Those seeking variety may opt to rotate into the walk-in/urgent care service, seeing established patients for same-day needs including sick visits, acute conditions, and minor procedures.

NEW GRADUATES are strongly encouraged to apply. This FQHC received grant funding to support training and onboarding, so they are ready to support newer clinicians as they launch their careers. You can expect a broad mix of pediatrics through seniors in a modern outpatient setting. Providers work with dedicated MAs and have RN support on-site, along with an in-house lab and pharmacy.
