Hope Valley, Rhode Island: We invite a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected Federally Qualified Health Center with three sites in southern New England. Become part of a medical staff of 25 in a desirable rural location just minutes from the Connecticut border, Rhode Island’s best beaches, and the capital city of Providence. You will join the walk-in/urgent care team, providing timely same-day access for established patients of the practice.

You will cover two Rhode Island locations, in Hope Valley and Westerly – just 12 miles apart – with schedules provided in advance to outline each workweek. Most days follow standard clinic hours. Providers rotate to cover one evening shift weekly (typically 12–8pm) plus infrequent Saturdays (9am–2pm). In addition to urgent visits, you may choose to carry a small panel and provide ongoing primary care, offering variety and continuity in your practice.

In this role, you will see patients of all ages for same-day needs - including sick visits, minor injuries, acute conditions, and uncomplicated procedures. Providers work with dedicated MAs and have RN support on-site, along with an in-house lab and pharmacy.
