Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:
• Full-time Physician Assistant position with neonatology fellowship training • Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists • Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees • Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed • Support community health programs related to neonatal care • Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications • Board certification in specialty prior to employment required with fellowship • Relevant clinical experience preferred • Must have active Michigan license • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required • Active DEA license required • Varied shifts including weekends (25-hour shifts spread over annual schedule) • No call requirements for APPs • Work in a collaborative, physician-led environment

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
