NP/PA Palliative Care Opportunity in Greenville, NC

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Palliative Care, located in Greenville North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established Hospice and Palliative Care program. The successful candidate will provide compassionate end of life care to patients and families at ECU Health Medical Center.

Established palliative care team inclusive of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers

Clinical responsibilities will include providing consults in both inpatient and outpatient settings in person and via a telemedicine service

16-bed Palliative Care Unit

Interdisciplinary care team approach

Ability to live only an hour away from the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast

Clinical Responsibilities:

Complete patient admission and discharges

Perform daily clinical rounds on inpatient units

Develop and update patient plans of care

Direct/participate in family conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

Participate in agency Quality Improvement and Patient/Family Experience activities
