This is a government contractor facility that provides evaluation services to help our nation's Veterans. The facility conducts Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments with locations in Rock Springs and Gillette, Wyoming.

Job Details:
• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans • Must be located within 25-50 miles of Rock Springs or Gillette facility locations • Rock Springs: 2 days per week needed (must be within 25 miles) • Gillette: 2 days per week needed (must be within 25 miles) • PRN basis, ongoing opportunity • Option to work half days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours) • One-time non-treatment CP exams and separation health assessments • Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment • Perform range of motion testing and muscle strength testing • No prescribing or treatment involved • Quick credentialing and onboarding process • Eligible specialties include: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or anyone with background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension • Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions • Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products allowed) • Active and unrestricted full license required • Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified • Local candidates only (travel included in rates) • Follow-up administrative work required regularly (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics) • One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

• Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less • Daily Rate: $1200 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer • One-time bonus of $650 for completing required training and working first shift/exam

Estimated Hourly Rate: $85 - $100
