A growing pain management group in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Hire

Setting: Outpatient - Pain Management

Location: Baltimore, MD and most also be able to float to Parkville and Glen Burnie

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, Day Shift *Fridays off, no nights, no weekends, no holidays

Pay: $110,000-135,000 annually plus full benefits (health, dental, vision, life ins, disability, 401k, PTO and paid holidays)

The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner duties to include but may not be limited to:

- Provide comprehensive health care services under the direction and supervision of an assigned physician to include providing trigger point injections

- Perform complete physical exams and dictate finding in the EMR as well as establish a diagnosis, create a treatment plan, order additional and/or selective studies

- Instruct patient on medications and treatment instructions providing patient with education in the use of braces or at home exercises given

- Triage patient telephone calls, answer questions and provide consultation

- Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested as well as participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations

REQUIREMENTS:

- One year of Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner experience in any setting, related experience such as pain management or addiction treatment is a plus

- Ability / willingness to perform trigger point and joint injections

- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Maryland required

- DEA & Maryland Controlled Substance license required

- CPR certification required
