Title: Overnight Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Location: New York, NY (Remote)

Employment Type: Full Time, Flexible to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

Salary: $87,500-$125,000 Per Year

Description

• Provide remote medical support for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Triage and assess urgent patient concerns via telehealth.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff for timely interventions.
• Work independently in a remote setting with strong clinical decision-making skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to inbound calls regarding patient concerns.
• Conduct telehealth medical assessments in real-time.
• Evaluate symptoms, identify acute issues, and provide interventions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications according to regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
• Complete and submit documentation and billing logs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in telehealth or SNFs.
• More than 3500 hours of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Board certification through ANCC or AANP.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
