About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team . This full-time position involves providing high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including history, physical exams, and psychosocial evaluations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; prescribe medications and perform minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and clinical guideline development.
• Collaborate closely with physicians to manage acute and chronic care and follow-up patient needs.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and advocate for patient well-being.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and Texas APRN-NP licensure (Required)
• Master's degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience
• Proficient in patient assessment and care
• Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Familiarity with EHR systems, preferably E Clinical Works
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $118,000 - $125,000/year (DOE)
