Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 12;Weekend Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details And Requirements For This Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a – 8p | Saturday 8a – 7p | Sunday 8a – 5p
• Patients per day: 30-40
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Typical Urgent Care procedures/cases Must be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work Comp experience a plus as well as DOT certification. Must be able to see ALL ages (including Peds under 3 months old).
• State Licensure: Active Texas license, Drug Enforcement Administration license. Must be Board Certified and have no less than 3 years of experience in Urgent Care as an APP (experience as RN doesn’t count).
