Board Certified - Cardiothoracic Surgery PA

Job Details:
• Locum-to-Perm position specializing in Cardiothoracic Surgery to start ASAP
• 2 week on/off rotation schedule
• Practice is 100% adult patients with 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient care
• Weekend rounds required with approximately 5-10 patients seen on rounds
• On-call coverage 7 nights per week during rotation
• Weekend commitment of 2 weekends per month
• Short-staffed situation requiring immediate support
• EPIC EMR system with training provided
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Virginia medical license required
• Active DEA registration required
• Hospital privileges required with 90-120 days estimated credentialing timeframe
• Conversion opportunity available with potential for permanent position

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
