We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Clinic.

We require:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current NYS Licensure and Registration.
• ANCC or AANP certification.
• Minimum 3 years RN Primary Medical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (charge nurse, Team Leader, Clinician).
• Must have completed 3,600 hours of clinical practice.
• Behavioral Health experience.
• Excellent clinical experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and advance nursing practice and manage patient care operations.
• Experience as a team-building facilitator.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• NP experience in Behavioral Health.

Salary: $145,000 - $166,654/yr
