A well-established, patient-centered group of 30+ APPs is seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding team in Eugene, OR.

This role offers the autonomy to shape your schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference while rounding at partnered Skilled Nursing Facilities.

The Opportunity:

Competitive base salary up to $165,000

Additional monthly bonuses ranging from $300–$6,000

Flexible rounding at partnered Eugene-area facilities
