Position Description

A well-resourced Level IV Critical Access Hospital in Montana’s Northern High Plains is seeking a BE/BC CRNA to join its collaborative anesthesia team.

Join a 25-bed hospital with a 5-bed ICU and 3 OR suites. This facility blends advanced resources with the flexibility and lifestyle of a rural practice.

The Position:

85 Days Off Annually – 2 Weeks On, 1 Week Off Schedule.

Competitive Base Salary + wRVU Incentives.

$40,000 Sign-On & Relocation Package.

$50,000 in Student Loan Repayment.

Varied Case Mix: General Surgery, Ortho, OB, Urology, ENT, minimal Pediatrics.
