This healthcare facility features a Level 3 Emergency Department with 50 beds and an annual volume of 40,150 patients. The facility utilizes Cerner EMR system and offers comprehensive services including 24-hour radiology, laboratory, AABB Blood Bank, pathology, OR, and all surgical specialties to serve the community effectively.

Board Certified - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Work independently in the fast track 'VUE' - a 10-bed area within the emergency department • Attending physicians available 24 hours/day for case reviews, evaluations, guidance, or questions • 11am-11pm shift staffing needed 7 days a week • ED sees approximately 110 patients per day divided among providers • No supervision requirements for resident cases • 60% of hospital admissions come from the ED • 20% of ED patients are admitted to the hospital per day • Must have 2 years of recent ED experience • Must be local - no exceptions • Must have clean background for quick credentialing • Required certifications: ACLS, ATLS, Board Certification, and DEA • Active Michigan license required (IMLC not accepted) • Orientation and training provided • Provider must clock in/out using DocTime system (reverse billing) • Immunization records required for clearance (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid, TB, TDAP)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
