The facility features a 16-bed Neuro ICU with full trauma capabilities, on-site laboratory and imaging services, and an integrated Epic EMR system to support comprehensive patient care.

Locum Tenens - Critical Care Neurology

Job Details:
• Coverage needed starting late October/early November through February/March 2026 due to position vacancy • Hospital-based practice in a Level 1 trauma center with comprehensive stroke designation • Cover Neuro ICU with average census of 10 patients per shift • Handle approximately 5 neurosurgery consults per night • Work with adult patient population (100%), with trauma cases comprising 40% of the workload • Practice entirely inpatient-focused (100%) • Support available from 2 neuro intensivists via phone during night shifts • Collaborate with 3 Advanced Practice Providers in the group • Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation • Must be board certified (PA or CNP licensed in Ohio) • Active Ohio license required (no exceptions) • BLS and ACLS certification required • ENLS certification highly preferred • Must have clean background (no exceptions) • Must be comfortable covering a neuro ICU in a Level 1 trauma center • Experience working with stroke patients required • Credentialing timeframe approximately 90-120 days • Standard/economy travel arrangements with lodging within $150/night

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
