Job Details:
• Position at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR • 0.80 FTE (32 hours per week) • Clinic operational hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm • EPIC electronic medical record system • Manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to care • Work primarily with migrant and Latino community members • Support from certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care • Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree (Nurse Practitioner) or Master's/Bachelor's Degree with two-year Physician Assistant training program • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations are valued

Compensation:
