An established healthcare facility in Worcester County, Massachusetts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide coverage for their inpatient Neurosurgery team.

About the opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Hours: 12-hour shifts
• Setting: Acute Care

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care for neurosurgery patients
• Manage a patient load of approximately 2-5 patients per shift
• Perform procedures such as JP drain removals (preferred)
• Collaborate with a team of APPs and residents
• No operating room duties or critical procedures required

Qualifications:

• MA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Current Massachusetts CSR and DEA required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently within a team setting

Desired Skills:

• Neurosurgery or Surgical experience
