Position Description

Step into a high-impact leadership role with one of Vermont’s largest nonprofit community mental health systems. As Medical Director, you'll guide clinical excellence while helping shape the future of behavioral health services across the region. Highlights:

Lead a team of 7 psychiatrists and APRNs across outpatient, residential, and crisis services

Shape long-term strategy in partnership with executive leadership

Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state regulatory standards

Collaborate with local healthcare systems and community stakeholders

Consult on complex clinical cases and support crisis response teams

Doctor of Nursing Practice with Psychiatry leadership experience

Must live in or be willing to relocate to Central Vermont
