Perm Salary:  Depends on credentials and experience but notionally $500K/a base with bonuses for more than 3 Procedure Days in the OR per week

Location: Venice or Sarasota FL

MUST HAVES:

• 10-ish years of experience in outpatient setting (doing Clinic and Surgical Procedures)
• MD or DO in Anesthesiology or Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• ACGME accredited Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine
• Board certified in Pain (ABIPP or ABPM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is seeking a board-certified Pain Medicine physician (ABIPP or ABPM) with an ACGME-accredited Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine and approximately 10 years of outpatient experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both clinic-based evaluations and surgical procedures, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Interventional Procedures

• Perform advanced pain management techniques including:
  • Transforaminal, Selective Root, and Epidural Injections
  • Facet Blocks and Radiofrequency Ablation
  • Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty, and Sacroplasty
  • Spinal Cord Stimulator trials and implantations
  • IDET (Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy)
  • Discography and Provocative Discography
  • Lysis of Adhesions and Neuroplasty
  • Sympathetic Blocks (Stellate Ganglion and Lumbar)
  • STAR™ (Metastatic Spinal Tumor Ablation)
  • Stem Cell Interventions
  • Trigger Point, Joint, and Nerve Block Injections

Clinical Management

• Diagnose and treat conditions such as:
  • Low Back Pain, Neck Pain, Sciatica, Radiculitis
  • Spinal Stenosis, Vertebral Fractures, Impinged/Pinched Nerves
  • Arthritis/Osteoarthritis of the spine
  • Persistent post-surgical pain, Cancer Pain, Post-Shingle Pain
  • Degenerated Disc Pain, Metastatic Spinal Tumors
  • Fibromyalgia, Balance Impairment, Gait Dysfunction
