Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

We are looking for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | No weekends or on-call

Pay: $140,000 annually (DOE) + full premium benefits package

Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, from newborn to elderly
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
• Coordinate referrals, hospital/SNF transitions, home health, and DME
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Arizona
• 2+ years of licensed experience in family practice or primary care
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managed care or advanced primary care settings
