The center offers a collaborative work environment with a Level 3 trauma designation and modern clinical facilities to support quality patient care.

Certified - Urology PA or NP

Job Details:
• Locum Tenens position beginning January 1, 2026 (ongoing assignment)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with guaranteed 8 hours per day
• Split schedule between clinic (approximately 8am-3pm) and hospital rounding (3pm-5pm)
• Manage approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
• Must be able to operate independently with minimal training
• Required credentials: NCCPA board certification, Active California license and CA DEA
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must have 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in urology
• Any gaps in practice greater than 3 months must be explained
• Surgical case logs must be submitted for review upon presentation
• Overtime applies after 8 hours per day
• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
• Note: Privileging timeline begins only after RFA and application submission

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
