This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving underserved communities. The center provides comprehensive, affordable, high-quality healthcare services to families regardless of their ability to pay or citizenship status, with a special focus on serving migrant farmworker populations.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Part-time position (0.50 FTE - 20 hours per week) • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community • Work with a certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to comprehensive patient care • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 7:00 pm; Saturday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm • Position located at Miramar Health Center in Kennewick, WA • Must have completed a Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master's Degree/Bachelor's in Health Science with two-year PA training program for Physician Assistants • Ideal candidates will be passionate about community health and family medicine • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations are valued • Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • $7,500 Hiring Bonus available • $10,000 Relocation allowance • $25,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date • Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage policy needed) • Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Great personal leave time with 8 paid holidays per year • $1,550 annual CME allowance with 20 hours of CME time • Retirement benefits including profit-sharing plan (401a) and 403b retirement plan • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program

Compensation:
