Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Pediatric Focus)

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) focused on pediatric patient care • Opportunity to develop and cultivate ongoing patient relationships by managing your own panel • Work as part of a team-based approach in a patient-centered medical home model • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with support from certified bilingual Medical Assistants • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am-4:00pm • Qualifications include completion of Master's or Doctoral Degree (Nurse Practitioner) or Master's/Bachelor's Degree with two-year Physician Assistant training program • $15k Hiring Bonus and $20k Relocation Allowance available • Access to 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date • $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision at no out-of-pocket cost to employees • Great personal leave time with eight paid holidays per year • Retirement benefits including profit-sharing plan 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plan • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program
