Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Queens

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No weekends | No call

$150,000–$175,000 base + productivity bonuses + mileage/expense reimbursement

Are you a seasoned PA or NP with a background in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Vascular, or Primary Care? Are you looking for a role where your clinical expertise is valued, your schedule is predictable, and your impact on patient care is meaningful?

A well-established and growing specialty group in New York City is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their collaborative team. This is a full time position seeing patients in both outpatient office settings and local skilled nursing facilities.

What Makes This Role Unique:

  • Diverse Clinical Settings: Split your time between outpatient consults and nursing home visits. Travel between sites is reimbursed, including mileage, parking, and transportation.
  • Customized Training: At least 4 weeks of training alongside physicians, tailored to your experience level.
  • Supportive Infrastructure: Focus on care, not overhead—cell phone reimbursement, credentialing support, and a team that values your time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced PA or NP (unfortunately, no new grads at this time)
  • Background in Emergency Medicine, vascular, cardiology, or family/internal medicine
  • Comfortable with—or open to—working in nursing home environments
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a flexible, multi-site role

Schedule & Locations:

  • Monday–Friday only — no weekends or call
  • Split between office consults (2–3 days/week) and nursing home visits (2–3 days/week)
  • Locations in Queens — we aim to keep providers close to home
  • Additional consults at satellite offices, usually once a month

Compensation & Perks:

  • $150,000–$175,000 base salary
  • Productivity bonuses tied to procedures, visits, and other metrics
  • Mileage, parking, and transportation reimbursed

  • Paid major holidays
  • Quick onboarding & credentialing support (typically 3–6 months if you’ve billed in NY)
