• Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese and English fluently, with the ability to connect meaningfully with a diverse patient population.
• Has experience in primary care, managing chronic diseases, and addressing diverse patient needs with confidence and professionalism.
• Demonstrates strong independence and is comfortable working autonomously, making clinical decisions, and managing a busy patient load.
• Possesses excellent soft skills to build trust, foster lasting patient relationships, and grow both their personal patient panel and the clinic’s census.
• Is mission-driven, passionate about medicine, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine settings.
• Education & Certification: Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California. National certification is required.
