MyMichigan Family Medicine has a new opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Tawas, MI. Seeking a highly motivated, confident, and energetic provider.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide primary care services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Established practice, loyal patients
• Full scope of family medicine care, 100% outpatient
• Own patient panel or hybrid with access schedule
• Acute, chronic, hospital follow-ups, ED follow ups, physicals, established patient visits, Medicare wellness
• Appropriately prescribe and manage medications and immunizations
  
  

Certifications and Licensures

• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
  
  

Required Education

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background may be considered
