Position Description

TMCOne is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding urology team. This full-time, outpatient position involves managing a broad spectrum of urologic conditions in collaboration with board-certified urologists. The provider will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and education to adult patients with a wide range of urologic conditions in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage adult patients with common urologic concerns, including:
    • Urolithiasis (Kidney and bladder stones)
    • Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
    • Urologic Oncology (Prostate, Kidney, Bladder Cancer)
    • Erectile dysfunction (ED)
    • Urinary incontinence
  • Perform minor office procedures, including:
    • Catheter placements and exchanges (Foley, suprapubic, intermittent)
    • Uroflowmetry and bladder scanning
    • Post-void residual assessments
  • Conduct follow-ups, patient education, and care coordination
  • Review labs, imaging, and patient messages; collaborate closely with supervising urologists
  • Optional opportunity to assist in the operating room and/or hospital setting for interested candidates
  • No call coverage or weekend responsibilities
Qualifications

  • Current Arizona license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable with office-based procedures or willing to train
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Excited to work in a team-based care model with urologists, RNs, and medical assistants (MAs)

Work Schedule & Setting

  • Outpatient clini c only – core duties will take place in-office
  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • no weekend expectations
