The Emory OB/GYN Advanced Practice Provider (APP) post-graduate Fellowship is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2026 cohort.
The Emory Healthcare OB/GYN Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship Program is a one-year, post-graduate training program that prepares Fellows to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based management of complex and challenging patients in Women’s Health.

- Eligible to graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Submission of a completed application by 10/01/2025.
- Completed application includes submission of the following supporting documentation:
- Curriculum Vitae: educational background, professional experience, volunteer experience and other relevant information
- Statement of Intent: One-page, 12-point font, double-spaced statement describing career goals and reasons for pursing the fellowship. Include future career plans and how they might be enhanced by additional training in the fellowship.
- Three Letters of Recommendation (including one from Program Director or Current Supervisor if not a new graduate)
- Official transcripts are required upon completion of graduate program and prior to starting residency. If you are a current student we require a copy of your transcript which reflects your most recent student status.

Description
Fellowship Program Description:
- The Emory Healthcare OB/GYN Fellowship is a one-year post-graduate program that prepares new Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based management of complex and challenging OB/GYN and Women's Health patients.
- The Fellowship’s curriculum covers a wide spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology, including outpatient obstetrics and gynecology, maternal fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology and infertility and urogynecology, and inpatient Labor and Delivery and L&D Triage.
- The clinical rotations will provide Fellows with most aspects of Women’s Health and OB/GYN.
- Completion of an accredited PA or NP Master's program prior to the start of the Fellowship program.
- National board certification as an NP or PA.
- Eligible for licensure as a PA or NP in Georgia.
- Eligible for DEA license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association.
