About the Role

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner who is:

• Tech-savvy with EMR systems (we use Athena)

Location:

• Split between McMinnville School-Based Health Center and our main Sunrise Family Clinic

Schedule Options:

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible hours based on your availability and clinic needs
• We’ll collaborate with you to create a schedule that fits your personal and professional goals

✅ Required Qualifications

• Licensed and nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical and analytical skills in family practice
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with EMR systems (Athena)
• Please be aware that all applicants will have thorough background (including criminal background, malpractice/National Databank) and reference evaluation completed prior to consideration for the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a primary care FNP or 2000 clinical practice hours as Physician Associate
